Hi! I’m Lynda. I am the office manager at Health and Wellness chiropractic. I have been helping people live healthier lives since January 2010. I love what I do because I believe in letting the body heal itself and educating our patients on having a healthy spine!
I enjoy coming to work every day knowing I am doing a part in helping people live and understand health and wellness and that it can be done without a prescription!
I have been receiving chiropractic care for 7 years. After several visits to Colorado I moved here from San Diego California to be near my family. In my free time I love to be outside, spend time with my family, snowboard, camp, ride my quad, and of course vacation.
Sarah Nuccio, LMT
Hello! I am Sarah Nuccio, the massage therapist at Health and Wellness Chiropractic. I graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Psychology in 2005. Even then, the workings of the human body always interested me, and as such I decided to pursue a career in massage at Denver School of Massage Therapy.
I have been providing massage at Health and Wellness Chiropractic since finishing massage school in 2010 and here I have found a fantastic place at which to do something I truly love. I believe massage can provide great benefits to the body and can give so much more than relaxation, and when coupled with chiropractic care can do wonderful things to improve person’s health and well-being. I provide deep tissue and injury bodywork, including auto accident recovery. I also have training in sports massage, trigger point release, Swedish and prenatal massage.
I enjoy spending my free time with my husband, and our son and daughter. Together we like to watch Rockies games, and getting outside to enjoy what Colorado has to offer. I also enjoy experimenting in the kitchen, writing, photography and painting, and relaxing with a good book.
